Tony Dempsey


Tony is responsible for leading Roughan & O'Donovan’s feature bridges projects and is one of the bridge group directors. Tony has over 16 years experience on major projects at all stages from feasibility study, preliminary design, statutory procedures, and detailed design to construction supervision in roles including Project Director, Project Manager and Project Engineer. Such projects include the Taney Cable stayed LUAS (light rail)bridge in Dundrum, the Limerick Tunnel PPP Project and a significant number of landmark watercourse crossings, such as the New Wear Bridge Project in Sunderland and the Samuel Beckett Bridge and Rosie Hackett Bridge across the River Liffey in central Dublin.
